Sentrynex IT Consultation ("Sentrynex", "we", "us") provides IT consulting services. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us, plus the technical details needed to deliver and protect the site.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number and company name if you provide them, and the subject and message you write.
Alongside your submission we record the IP address and browser user agent that sent it. We use these only to protect the form from spam and abuse and to limit repeated submissions.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as payment details, government identifiers, or health information. Please do not include it in a message.
Why we use it

- to keep a record of the enquiries we have received
- to prevent spam, abuse and automated submissions
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The only items stored in your browser are:
- it_consultation_session — a session cookie that keeps the site working between page views. It is essential, is marked secure and HTTP-only, and expires after two hours.
- XSRF-TOKEN — a security cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. It is essential and expires after two hours.
- gdpr_consent and gdpr_consent_date — a note in your browser's local storage recording whether you accepted or rejected cookies, and when, so that we do not ask again.
The cookies we set are strictly necessary for the site to work, so they are set regardless of your choice in the cookie banner. Rejecting cookies prevents optional cookies from being set, and none are currently used.
Who else is involved
Two third-party services process data as part of serving this site:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the contact form from automated submissions. It analyses your interaction with the site and returns a score to us. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Cloudflare provides the content delivery network, TLS and security filtering in front of this site and processes requests on our behalf. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
When you submit the contact form, your message is emailed to us and an acknowledgement is emailed to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of the work we have done. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are validated and sanitised before they are stored, and the form is rate-limited to restrict automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and revise the date below.
