Consultation Scheduling:

We offer preliminary consultations to assess project feasibility and determine fit. These consultations include a high-level technical review of your current infrastructure and specific recommendations for architecture or process improvements. No obligation follows the initial meeting.

To schedule, email info@sentrynex.com with your project overview, current technology stack, and preferred meeting times. For complex RFPs, please attach technical requirements documentation.

Response Commitments:

  • General inquiries: 24 hours
  • Project proposals: 48 hours
  • Emergency support (existing clients): 1 hour
